Fantastic opportunity for a senior solicitor to work as part of a passionate team at DR Solicitors, from a location and at times of your choosing, earning a share of your billings. We will provide you with interesting, challenging work in the healthcare sector. Unlike other consultant-led law firms, there is no requirement to bring your own clients or bid for work – you focus on delivering the legal work and leave us to deal with everything else.

About you

You can demonstrate a track record of successful delivery, be commercially minded and will probably have experience from a top tier law firm. You will be confident in managing your own case load independently and have excellent professional and academic credentials.

About the role

Your caseload will include a variety of matters, from reporting on & negotiating NHS and other healthcare contracts, establishing provider companies and advising on governance, partnership law advice, mergers and acquisitions and NHS Regulatory advice. You will often be working as part of a team alongside property and employment colleagues on larger transactions such as M&A or partnership disputes.

All of your clients will be primary care professionals – doctors, dentists, pharmacists – so relevant sector experience would be an advantage, but it’s not a requirement as we rapidly train new colleagues in the relevant regulations. You will have access to excellent administrative support and receive ongoing support and training.

Remuneration

You will earn a share of your personal billings. The more hours you work, the more you earn.
