Gordons Partnership is a mid-size Law Firm based in Guildford and London with a highly regarded Healthcare department. We are currently seeking to recruit an enthusiastic and highly motivated solicitor to work in our Healthcare Regulatory department in Guildford.

The Healthcare Regulatory department carries out a wide range of work, which includes assisting doctors, dentists, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals in fitness to practise proceedings with their regulatory bodies, such as the GMC, GDC and GPhC. It also assists healthcare professionals with inquests, local NHS disciplinary proceedings, clinical negligence claims and criminal investigations. In addition, the department provides specialised advice in areas such as pharmacy market entry applications.

We are looking for a solicitor with 1-4 years PQE, which includes experience in the above areas of work or related areas such as criminal practice or the judicial system.
