About us

We are based in Chobham which is a semi-rural village with good transport links to the M25, M3 and Woking with its mainline railway station and bus services.

We advise on Residential and Commercial conveyancing, Wills, Trusts, Probate and contractual matters generally. We have been in business for 18 years and being a forward looking company wish to take on other disciplines as the opportunity arises.

We are regulated by the SRA, hold CQS and WIQS accreditation, have a user friendly case management system and subscribe to Practical Law.

The successful candidate will:

• Handle own caseload
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements.
• Prepare legal documents
• Provide correct legal advice throughout each process.
• Report to client in writing prior to exchange of contracts.
• Resolve issues that arise during each process.

and have:

• At least 3 years’ post qualification experience.
• Proficient written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with legal software and in generating own correspondence
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
