Meadows & Co currently have a vacancy open for a Property Solicitor / Cilex to work within their property team.

As a Property Solicitor/Cilex you will manage your own caseload of conveyancing files, including freehold, leasehold, repossessions and shared ownership properties. Commercial property experience welcomed, but not essential.

The successful candidate will have previous residential property experience and be confident running files with little to no supervision.

• 5 years + PQE

• Strong organisation and communication skills

· Be able to demonstrate detailed knowledge and technical expertise in dealing with a mixed residential property conveyancing case load.

Person Specification

· c5+ years within a residential property law firm, is essential.

· Excellent organisational skills that support an ability to work with a high degree of attention to detail whilst at the same time productively managing a large volume of work to stretching targets in a fast-paced environment.

· Excellent interpersonal skills and strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues at all levels and provide exemplary client care.

· Excellent written communication skills.

· Flexible attitude to work such as a willingness to act appropriately to meet unexpected demands, including the ability to prioritise own work under pressure.

Salary band: £40k+ p/a. dependent on experience

Full time preferable.

Hybrid considered (min 3 days in office).
