Venters Solicitors require a Paralegal for our Family department based at the Reigate, Surrey office commencing July 2025.

You will need the following skills:

1. Confidence and enthusiasm
2. Excellent organisational and time management skills
3. Ability to prioritise workloads and focus on a number of unrelated tasks
4. High level of attention to detail and accuracy
5. Good communication skills (verbal and written)
6. Ability to work under pressure and work effectively as part of a team
7. Ability to use initiative and work with minimum supervision
8. Willingness to take on tasks beyond basic job description

Stage 1 – Application Stage (deadline 30^th May 2025)

Our assessment process starts with a thorough review of all CV’s and covering letters received.

Stage 2 – Pre-Interview Questions

Candidates will be selected on the basis of their application to carry out our pre-interview questions.

These need to be returned by 6^th June 2025.

Stage 3 (final stage) – Interview day – 12^th June 2025

Candidates will be invited to attend for interview on the basis of their performance in our pre-interview Questions. The Interview will take place on 12^th June 2025 in our Reigate offices. Please make a note of this date in your calendar.
