Soroptimist International Surrey Hills are hosting a conference to explore the safety of women and girls living and working in Surrey, which will take place on Wednesday 20th November from 9am to 4pm.
The programme will examine 4 key areas, Prevent, Protect, Stop, Support, and hear from keynote speakers including:
Dame Alison Saunders, Former Director of Public Prosecutions Crown Prosecution Service
Lisa Townsend, Surrey Police & Crime Commissioner
Councillor Denise Turner-Stewart, Deputy Leader Surrey Council Council
This conference marks the start of an on-going project to look at the ways Surrey Soroptimists
can work across groups to make Surrey safer.
