Many law firms have taken steps to try and become leaner and more efficient, but unfortunately many of them fail to achieve the results they had hoped for.

Antony will discuss some best practice approaches to:

  • Applying tried and trusted methods for legal process improvement
  • Selecting appropriate practice areas for process improvement initiatives
  • Establishing legal project management practices
  • Developing legal project management skills and organisational project maturity.

This webinar should be of interest to legal teams of all sizes, both in-house and in private practice.  It should also be of interest to individuals wishing to develop their own skills in legal project management and legal process improvement.
