This webinar provides essential guidance for litigators on optimising costs recovery and improving cashflow. Attendees will gain valuable insights into effective time recording practices that enhance costs recovery potential, including what’s normally chargeable / recoverable versus non-chargeable / non-recoverable and the importance of file notes.
The session will also explore cost-saving strategies, such as delegating work to Grade D fee earners, using external agents, and leveraging both in-house and external costs experts. Attendees will learn best practices for managing inter-party costs to enhance cashflow, and to assist efficient cost management across their practice.
This practical overview is designed to help litigators maximise their firm’s profitability while staying aligned with client expectations by way of realistic costs estimates and annual fee reviews.
