The Civil Justice Council is currently consulting as part of its Review of Litigation Funding. Details of the consultation can be found on CJC’s webpage. The consultation will run until Monday 3 March 2025 at 11:59PM.

As part of that work, the Working Party are holding a consultation event on Wednesday 26 February 2025 from 2-5PM. The event will be held at Pembroke College, Oxford and online.
