Surrey Council Member Sushila Abraham has shared the following update from The Law Society for the information of SLS members.

“Following on from the Legal Aid Agency cyber security incident yesterday, we have published a webpage with information for members which can be found here https://www.lawsociety.org.uk/topics/news-articles/legal-aid-agency-data-breach. The webpage has details on what we know, what legal aid providers should do and the impact on legal aid providers.

The webpage will continue to be updated with any further information we receive. We will promote this page via our other channels to direct as many members as possible to the latest information we have.”
