Course outline
This session is intended to explore practical ways to improve the efficiency, accuracy and consistency of estate administration. We hope it will offer practitioners a clear look at common workflow bottlenecks, avoidable delays, risk areas, communication challenges and the procedural missteps that can lead to unnecessary complications or complaints. Alongside this, the course is expected to highlight modern best practice, smarter processes and tools, and techniques for achieving a more streamlined, confident and proactive approach to administering estates of varying complexity.
.
Delegates will explore practical methods for organising information, managing expectations, improving communication with personal representatives and beneficiaries, and ensuring timely compliance with tax and reporting obligations. The session will also consider how to anticipate and reduce the risks that lead to disputes or complaints, and how thoughtful process design can enhance the overall experience for clients. Suitable for all those involved in the estate administration process, this course aims to provide achievable, confidence-building improvements to help practitioners work more efficiently and effectively.
