About the Role

Morr & Co is launching applications for their 2027 Trainee Solicitor intake. They typically recruit two to four trainees each year and welcome applications from LPC graduates (Period of Recognised Training route) as well as SQE graduates seeking Qualifying Work Experience (QWE).

Their training programme blends hands-on client work with structured learning, ensuring that trainees develop the skills and confidence needed for modern legal practice. Trainees receive high-quality supervision, real client exposure and meaningful responsibility from their first day.

A four-seat rotation gives trainees insight into different areas of law, helping shape future career decisions post-qualification. Training will cover all areas required by the Solicitors Regulation Authority.

Job Summary

Trainee Solicitor

Closing Date: 31st March 2026
Contract: 2 Year Fixed Term Contract
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm
Locations: Redhill, Oxted, Wimbledon, Farnborough and Fleet

Application Process

1. Online Application
Submit an application form with CV, detailing academic achievements, work experience and motivation.

2. Assessment Day
Shortlisted applicants attend an assessment at head office, including skills-based tasks and a presentation.

3. Final Interview & Psychometric Questionnaire
Candidates complete a psychometric profile and are interviewed by the trainee solicitor recruitment panel.

4. Final Stage
Successful candidates receive a formal offer within one week of the final interview. Feedback is available to all unsuccessful candidates.
