A respected, established law firm based in the Berkshire/Surrey area is looking to appoint a solicitor or legal executive to join their Private Client department.

The firm are looking for a candidate ideally with a minimum of 3 years PQE who can work with minimal supervision and handle their own caseload. The caseload comprises of a broad range of private client and elderly client matters including: probate and estate administration, lasting powers of attorney and wills.

Membership of STEP and/or Solicitors for the Elderly/the Association of Lifetime Lawyers would be advantageous.

Competitive salary depending on experience.
