Our vision is to recruit a dynamic, forward-thinking individual who wishes to be part of our continued growth and who shares the firm’s core values. We are currently looking to recruit a Residential Conveyancer with a broad range of residential conveyancing experience.

About the Role

The successful candidate will ideally have 1–3+ years’ PQE in Residential Conveyancing and excellent knowledge across all residential property matters including sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, new build transactions and lease extensions.

.

You will be able to manage matters independently, work on complex legal issues, and demonstrate enthusiasm for networking and business development. The role requires strong relationship-building skills with clients and referrers, alongside a professional, friendly and approachable manner.

Key responsibilities will include handling sales and purchases, new builds, remortgages, registered and unregistered properties, Help to Buy, shared ownership, lease matters, and liaising with clients and external professionals, as well as working alongside the Private Client department.

Job Details & Benefits

Monday to Friday, 9:30am – 5:30pm, based in Morden (SM4 5BL).

Key Skills & Experience

Strong residential conveyancing law expertise, experience managing multiple cases independently, excellent communication skills with clients and third parties, strong attention to detail, client-focused service delivery, problem-solving ability, excellent organisational skills and good IT proficiency including experience using LEAP and other digital tools.
