The Council met this week to consider the future of the TA6 (5th edition), introduced in 2024 to reflect National Trading Standards Estate and Letting Agency Team guidance. While well-intentioned, the form raised concerns among conveyancing professionals about complexity and clarity.

This revised approach aims to be clearer, reduce duplication, and offer better guidance, training, and implementation support.
