Surrey Law Society has been contacted by a member of the public seeking assistance in locating the original copy of a will drafted by a now-defunct law firm, Legacy & Law, which was previously based at:

The will in question was written in 2007 by a solicitor at the firm on behalf of the enquirer’s late father. While a scanned and one original copy are held by the family, they are trying to confirm whether the remaining original document is held in archive or if any client files were transferred when the firm ceased operating.

The SRA and Companies House have not yielded any results, so the enquirer is appealing to the local legal community for any insight.
