Course outline

The TA6 (6th edition) was published on 13th October 2025. This session explores key issues arising from the updated form, including how to handle residential enquiries, the law of misrepresentation, and liability for clients and conveyancers. The session will also cover the structure and content of the new form.

Richard Snape

Richard speaks at numerous courses for law societies all over the country, various public courses, in-house seminars within solicitors’ firms and has also talked extensively to local authorities and central government bodies.
