This practical and engaging session is designed exclusively for support staff involved in the post-completion stage of conveyancing. Whether you’re new to the role or looking to build on your existing knowledge, this course will help you develop the confidence and clarity needed to handle post-completion tasks with ease.

Too often viewed as a final administrative step, post-completion is in fact a crucial part of the conveyancing process — and support staff play a vital role in getting it right. This session will demonstrate how post-completion tasks are integrated throughout the transaction, with a clear focus on real-world scenarios and common issues faced in day-to-day practice.

Priscilla Sinder

Priscilla qualified as a solicitor in 2005 and began her career in private practice. She moved into an in-house role soon after qualification and was appointed as manager of residential conveyancing and then head of post-completion. With the diverse experience obtained, she gained a role as a partner for a boutique property firm in central London, leading to her final role as a practicing solicitor in a large nationwide conveyancing firm as a director.

Throughout her career she noticed the post-completion departments lacked resources and the attention they deserved. This sowed the seed for Property Conveyancing Consultancy (‘PCC’) in 2017 to change this mindset. PCC started a journey to offer high quality post-completion outsourcing services, conducted by UK-based professionals.

This foundation allowed PCC to grow from strength to strength examining conveyancing in greater detail, resulting in the birth of PCC Education Hub (‘Hub’) in 2024. The Hub was developed to enhance practitioners’ awareness in post-completion duties by creating an extra layer of technical knowledge and confidence, in turn raising standards across all elements of post-completion work.

Priscilla is also the author of Client Care in Conveyancing and co-author of Post-completion: A Conveyancing’s Guide to Process, Risk and Compliance published by the Law Society.
