We will run through some use cases of AI and in particular Microsoft 365 Copilot to help you understand how you could make use of it and get a return on investment from adopting the technology.

2:15 – 2:45 How to get started with AI
We cover best practice for getting started on your AI journey, common obstacles and how to overcome them and mitigating any risks along the way.

About Microsoft 365 Copilot

Basic Copilot is included in Microsoft 365 by default providing a general use AI chatbot with security built in.

Microsoft 365 Copilot a more advanced set of tools and is integrated into Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and other Microsoft 365 apps.

It is compatible with Microsoft 365 Business and Enterprise plans and costs circa £300 per person per annum.
